I don't really like the boardwalk we prefer the marina. We stay at Harrahs cause we get it free but love the borgata.

I haven't been to AC in awhile BUT everyone I know (especially younger people) LOVE the Borgata
Its not on the boardwalk though, but from what I hear its way cool ..

I am poor and not into the whole fancy shmancy-ness so I always always stay at the Howard Johnson on Tennessee Avenue (between Atlantic Ave and Pacific).

The Borgata is really nice, but if you want to stay on the Boardwalk, try the Atlantic Palace Suites. There is no casino in the hotel but the rooms are all suites and it is within walking distance of the other hotels.

I also heard that they just renovated Tropicana..there's a Carmines restaurant there...Yum! and I heard it's really nice now!

OMG DH said the same thing...
It does have a vegas look to it...

The Sheraton by the convention center is nice also. It's a 7 minute walk to the boardwalk and they have a shuttle that runs in the evenings. We usually get pretty good rates here if there's nothing going on in town.
