Who is doing the WW 5k?
At my meeting last night they talked about the WW 5k on May 22 in Oakdale.
Anyone signing up?

i thought "Wow, they're all going to oakland for a 5k????!" LOL

not sure. i heard the ones that w.w. sponsors, there's a fee for it. 5k isn't all that far. its about 3.2 miles

They havent said anything at my meeting= maybe tomorrow?
5k is only 3.1 miles. It's not bad. Most people can walk it an under an hour! You'll be fine!

It's only $20 to participate and the money goes to an organization affiliated with the American Heart Association.

I was thinking about trying to run it, but I did the first day of training and my back hurts today (I have 5 herniations), so I am going to go for walking. I'd love to do it. let's get a LIF team
