yet another question
OK, so I don't think I'm moody, but I have absolutely no patience...I am trying to remain a calm and peaceful person through the process, but its getting really hard without patience
I assume its the Menopur or Follistim, but any suggestions on how to not be short tempered?

Re: yet another question
I hear ya!
I am the same way. But, I also need to occupy myself with something to make me calm and peaceful. I hate not getting immediate results or answers. My patience is certainly being tested. This summer I may take up sewing.

Re: yet another question
I am taking a knitting class in the L-town library!! Although by the time that starts I will have my results back - since it doesn't start until July, lol.
What about going to the Freeport Festival this weekend? Or taking an overnighter??

Re: yet another question
I am not self promoting........with that being said, why not a visit to a spa? (I am an esthetician at the East wind spa, so I know that I am partical!) I really can't stress enough how allowing yourself to get a little pampered, is such a great reliever of worry and fustration. If it's not in the budget, here's a great at home treatment you can do yourself:
For Feet: pick up some peppermint oil (any health food store will have it, it's pretty cheap. You can also use Lavender, vanilla, lemon grass etc. which ever aroma you like and gives you a sense of relaxation when you smell it. Stay away, I repeat, stay away from Chamomile and Rosemary essentail oils, they can trigger miscarriages and increase the likeyhood of af )
Fill a bowl that your feet can fit in with warm water. Add a couple of drops and soak feet. or you can wet two hand towels, put a couple of drops on the towels, and put them in the microwave for about two min. Wrap one around each foot and leave on until the towels cool off.
Finish by lotioning the feet and calfs in upward movement ( try to get dh to give a nice finishing massage)
