I just cancelled my membership last week. The designs are super cute but the quality is truly terrible. They look even cheaper than the are.

I agree. I still belong, but I am not thrilled w/ the quality. The shoes can be kind of cheesy.
Check out Sole Society (same company as Hautelook). Same premise but the shoes are nicer and $10 more. I've only order 1 pair so far, but I love them!
