Bathroom renovation
How much do you think a bathroom remodel would cost without having to move pipes. It's not too big and all we have to do is just upgrade everything that is in there.

We got an estimate for a 3/4 bath for $3000 plus materials (tiles, etc) plus removing and replacing bathroom door.

Depends on cost your material and who you use.
You will get cost from $4K to $10K+ for labor then you need to add your materials cost.
