I just started acupuncture last week for my upcoming IVF cycle. We'll see how it goes. I am feeling good about it so far. . . its so relaxing.

Hi Gals,
I just wanted to stop in and share my story and also let you know I am a HUGE advocate of acupuncture.
I am a PCOS'er and have SUPER irregular periods--in fact, I only got my period ONCE in 2009 so the doctors thought it would be next to impossible to get pregnant without the help of IVF. Right before I was going to start Clomid, I decided to go to acupuncture. I went once a week, took herbal tea and also cut out sugar (PCOSers cannot digest sugar) and within a month, I had a period!!! Two weeks later--I was pregnant!!!
If anyone is interested in my doctor's info, I will gladly provide it. She is AMAZING and is in the city.

I did this and had amazing experiences. My first IVF cycle worked and my fsh was 14.9! This is going to sound hokey and weird, but I actually felt my qi moving through my belly one time. It is a warm feeling adn she was stimulatinga point in my leg...it made me a believer
