The OFFICIAL "I'm going to ____ game" thread
I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread letting others know what upcoming games we're going to, so that people can meet up if they want.
I'm going to a bunch of games this season, but I'll just start with the ones coming up soon.
In May, I will be at the Mets game vs. the Braves on Friday, 5/5, and the game against the Yankees on Sunday, 5/21.

Oops...I didn't see this thread...
I'm going to the Yankees/Mets on 5/21 at Shea. I'm in Loge Section 12...I have no idea what that means...I don't know this stadium that well.

Ahhh Don, what foreshadowing.
We were there for 5 1/2 hours
and a heartbreaker to show for it 
but davey had a great game
and how was the pop of the stadium when milledge hit that HR?
i was sreaming in my IL's backyard. I was BBQing and had the game on the radio.
Atlanta lost and we're still 4 and 1/2 in front of the Phils so it's all good.
Can't win em all.

yeah, i wasn't really upset about the loss.
It was a great game. A nailbiter - thats for sure. Attendance was 48k and change and it seemed like everyone stayed til the end.
Milledge got a great response, but Davey got his MVP chant, a standing ovation, AND a curtain call after his 2nd homer. that was definitely a key point in the game. He tied it up!
It was a lousy weather day, too. Hazy, and one of those "hot then cold then hot again" temperature days. Sweatshirts were on, off, on, off. Kinda annoying.
