BFN *updated...I'm going to Boston!*
Well, I kind of knew it. But my HPT showed a BFN this morning.
Waiting on the bloodwork, but I know what the answer will be.
Despite being prepared for it, I'm still really upset.
And now I have a dilemma. We are supposed to go to Boston this weekend for my birthday but if things go according to cycle, CD3 will be while we're in Boston.
So I can either give up the only fun thing I've done in a while. Something I've been looking forward to and really want to do.
Or I can give up my last chance at concieving prior to IVF. We would miss the opportunity to do one final IUI.
Hello rock and hard place. 
Anyway, I hope I'm the only one that's sitting on a BFN this week. I want to see you other ladies move on!!

Some clinics don't do day 3 bloodwork all the time, if your levels are fairly stable and you aren't prone to cysts. If they have to order you meds, perhaps they can do that beforehand. I would discuss this with the doctor, tell him your situation.
I know it's so difficult but I really hope you are able to enjoy this trip....

I would talk to the doctor about the CD3 bloodwork. During my last IUI...I was schedule to come in on CD10 for them to check my follies...but I was going to be in Ohio, and I asked if I could come on CD12 or would it be too late. They told me I can come on the later date and take my chances....it worked out for me and they were just able to monitor from CD12 onwards.

Ahh Lauren I am so sorry. It should get easier but it gets harder, doesn't it?
I would go to Boston and have a great time. As Redstar said, they shouldn't really need CD3 bw again.... talk to your Dr. and try to enjoy yourself. Go to the Improv I told you about on the North End, eat lots of oysters, and who knows...?

I am so sorry.
I can sympathize about "feeling grounded". My cycle still isn't normal so we basicially can't travel at all. DH wanted to buy is Sunday matinee theater tixs for our anniversary and I said, no we can't, knowing me I'll have to go in that day and won't be out in time
If you already are set for IVF, I'd go to Boston.
