What are your goals?
This may sound silly but one of my main goals for losing weight is to wear tank tops this summer and feel comfortable! I can literally count the number of times I have worn a tank top/sleeveless shirt because of my insecurities. Just to be able to throw on a tank top and a cute flowy skirt or pair of capris would be amazing lol! What are your goals?

My goal is to be in regular sized clothes and be able to walk into any store and buy something. Right now I'm bordering on a 16/18 and I would love to get down to at least a 12/14.

I want to lose 10 pounds by May 29th so I can be the same weight I got pregnant, on my daughter's 4th birthday. It's taken me way to long to get off the baby weight and I'm sick of it.
After that, I want to lose 25 more and be able to go sleeveless without being self conscious.

Maintain my current weight
Lose 1/2 inch on my waist (I'm 25.5 I want a 25 inch waist!)
Get stronger and leaner
Once I start running again (and my knee is healed) my big goal is to run a full marathon.

i would also love to wear a tank top and feel comfortable. i hate my arms and i would love to tone them so i can show them off. i also would love to feel comfortable in a bathing suit. we are going on cruise in july. i know i will never wear a bikini but a regular one piece, i would love to wear proudly.

Right now I'm training for a 10k. I've lived a hard lifestyle in the past and this will be a real pisitivd accomplishment for me.
