So, I did it too
I ran 5 miles this morning, in exactly an hour. And it felt like I was running on air. I could have gone longer but figured I should stop before I gave myself an injury.
I seriously can't believe that I could barely run the 30 second interval for the first week of the C25k back in October, and now I'm running for an hour, with no problem  
Now, the only problem with running longer stretches is I run out of good music! Time to splurge on a few more Itunes downloads!!
