Uggh-why I am hitting a plateau!!!
I am so frustrated lately with my weight-maybe since it's bathing suit season! I gained a lot with my daughter-almost 50 pounds and I lost about 25 right away but now i'm stuck. I am trying to exercise, diet but it seems no matter what I do the numbers on the scale just don't budge. I've been so down about this lately-I don't even want DH to see me naked anymore I was like a size 2 before I got pregnant and beleive me, that isn't even my goal anymore but I still would like to loose some more.
I guess since it's nice out now I can start walking more.
Ugggh-sorry for the vent!!

I am in the same boat. I was a size 0 and now I don't even want to discuss it. It's horrible. I don't think I will ever drop all of the weight again. I am still trying but am starting to accept this as who I am.
Ahhh the joys of becoming a mother!

Hey Dani... After I gave birth to my son I tried a bunch of things.. Trimspa seemed to work well, along with diet and excersize.. I didnt excersize much, but it increased what I did do!!! Good Luck!

I know how you feel I had marissa 10 months ago and I have been doing good but once I hit my pre pregnancy weight I can't loose anymore.
I had gained 43 pound while I was prego with marissa
