Shoe recommendations for foot problems=(
I have the worst feet ever. I feel like I'm 90! I havea pain on the ball of my left foot & a heel spur on the right. I'm a disaster. Anyway, just wondering if anyone has experience with this AND looking for recommendations for summer shoes (wedges or flip flops) that ar SUPER comfy with support. Thanks!

If you have a wide/big foot like me, then I would suggest:
Naturalizer
Anne Klein
Aerosoles
If you have a small/narrow foot then I would suggest Cole Haan air series, which are made with Nike Air technology as the support system.

Onex. I LOVE them. I buy at least 1 new pair each summer. Love the wedges and low sandals.
These are my faves - I have them in Black and Gold.

Blazesyth recently reccomended Orthaheel
flip flops.
Summer shoes can be difficult because they often lack suport & it is hard to wear inserts or orthodics with them.
Also, check out Footsmart
They have comfy shoes as well as other solutions for problem feet.

aerosoles and BASS makes really comfortable shoes, but the styles arent as great at BASS

OK, I got my flip flops (I think they are called "Tide") in black. I'll try to post a pic later. SO far my heel feels great, but they take some getting used to. They have a big arch.
