BabyWatch 2011: Julesrbf (Marissa) edition! - FINAL UPDATE WITH NAME & PIC
M's DH just posted this picture on twitter and I wanted to share because she's such an incredibly beautiful baby!!!!

9 lbs, 20 inches
This baby's gonna be here soooooooon!!!
So here's what I've heard from Marissa so far today:
4:50 am: M & her DH were just sitting and waiting in presurgical testing.
5:15 am: Marissa found out that her OB lied!!!! The new maternity ward at NSUH-Manhasset opens NEXT WEEK -- BOOO!!! Fortunately, there will still be somewhere for her to go PP, as the old maternity ward is still there. And by that time she was all hooked up to the machine and just hanging out.
7 am: Saw the OB who was delivering another baby in a few minutes "and then we'll be rolling"!!! Mom-to-be is a little tired and "a bit weepy" but doing ok.
I am beyond excited to meet this little girl!!!!!!!!!!!! Will update more as soon as I hear!
7:55 am UPDATE (sorta)
"Still waiting! Booooooo!"
8:20 am UPDATE
Marissa has been brought in for final prep -- "20 minutes until this party starts, 25 until it ends!"
9:30 am UPDATE
BABY  is here!!! Born at 8:46 am!
Still waiting for stats!!!!
9:50 am UPDATE - STATS
is 9 lbs even, 20 inches!!!
