Beth, Mystique Sandals are a must have for me for the summer time. I normally purchase mine from sandalworld.com or mystiquesandal.com

I've seen them in random boutiques but I order mine online because of the much bigger selection.

All I know is that I returned the two pair I ordered a few months back. I was so disappointed in the quality.

Shoe Inn in Westhampton and Southampton do. Not sure if there are other locations.
