cramps but no period
so im going on a week with cramps but no period yet. and this late in the month i should have had it already. i dont count the days and couldnt telll you for the life of me what my cycle is. (yeah i know i should) pretty sure im not pregant. DH and i are very safe. might take a test to make sure
i have been working out a lot more the last few weeks so maybe its that?? just wondering if anyone else has been like this. if i dont get it by june im calling the doctor.

I get like this.
Thought I was pregnant once and almost died.
Turns out I did get my period- but very late.
I used to have very irregular cycles so I chalk it up to that.

what do u mean by late? like cramps and then you got your actuall period?

what do u mean by late? like cramps and then you got your actuall period?
I would get cramps like it was coming, but nothing.
It did this on and off for a week or so and then my period FINALLY showed up.
