Long Beach is now $12 a person to enter. Yesterday we went to Lido Beach and it was $7 (Town of Hempstead resident) for the car. We will be sticking to Lido I guess.

That's the daily rate. If you're going to go a lot it makes much more sense to buy a season pass or an economy pass. Wow, when I first started working on the beach, it was $5 a day!
