Back in LIW times, we had a chat about Vita Tops...
I'm having one as I speak. 100 cal. choc./choc.chip. Anyone else use them? I'm a bit tired of them; Just want to use what's in my freezer. Mary

I used to have them alot when I first started WW. I dont have them much anymore. I also got tired of them and they are too darn expensive!

I buy them from amazon! I get 30 at a time and freeze them. I eat one a day.

I use to love the bannana nut vita tops but I had to give up wheat so no more Vita tops for me. I was not crazy about the other flavors.

Samantha, I'm sorry you can't have wheat; I was never tested for food allergies, just about everything else though. When I'm dieting, and not consuming bread, etc. in large amounts, I have found I have less problems with my ears getting congested, and I wouldn't doubt it's because of an intolerance to wheat. Mary

That's what's in my freezer!!! But I also have a few banana nut. I do kinda like the corn ones too, they're not too bad!!!! They should come out with one that tastes like red velvet/cream cheese!!!!!  Mary
