Another day in L&D
Three weeks ago, I was admitted to the hospital because I was having contractions. Today my doctor admitted me because my blood pressure was very high and I was in excruciating pain on my left side. My belly was hard as a rock. After 7 hours of tests that all came back negative, I was discharged. My left side still bothers me, I can barely walk and I have no appetite. I can't drink enough fluids (the funny part is I was drinking milk and water all morning before I was admitted). I can't get comfortable or sleep. I'm 35 weeks and 2 days today. I guess these little boys are waiting until June to come out!

Oh man! Feel better! When do you go back to the dr for a BP check? Make sure you call the dr if you get headaches or vision changes. It could be the start of pre eclampsia. That is what I had and I came on pretty fast. Call me if you have any questions! Feel better!

My doctor wants me to go back tomorrow to have my bp taken again. I couldn't believe the amount of tests that I had to go through yesterday only to be discharged. When I left, I felt almost the same as when I went in. I was able to sleep for a few hours last night and feel a little better today. I'm definitely worried about preeclampsia.
It's amazing what we go through for multiples. A lot of people don't understand. I'm getting so anxious to meet these little boys! I will keep you posted on everything.

I'm making sure everything is in order today! I went into panic mode yesterday since none of my clothes were washed and I need a few things from Rite Aid.

haha...just think of how unprepared we were and you'll feel much better!

When I was pregnant with DS I had very elevated BP for nearly 9 weeks. Never turned into pre ecelmpsia so they let me know until I went into labor.
But, I didn't have any other symptoms.
Anyway, hang in there. The longer they cook - the better. They will be here in no time!
