nyc teachers living on long island...

anyone ever take courses toward your +30 on long island? if so through where and how did you know that nyc would accept the credits?
my mom is offering to watch ds this summer so i can continue working on my +30 but the commute into queens or manhattan this summer does not appeal at all.

You can call HR Direct, and someone will tell you whether or not the credits will be accepted.
