DH's bottom lip is very swollen. Could it be sunburn?
He got burnt this weekend (Sunday) being out on the water and yesterday developed a really swollen bottom lip and the inflammation is spreading to his cheek right next to his lip. Could this be from sunburn?

Yes but it could also be an insect bite. If it lasts I would see a Dr.

I think he's going to the dr tonight. Is a primary care dr ok to see or should he go to the dermatologist?

Could also be a cold sore, the spot usually swells first. I know extreme cold or sun can trigger them.. has he had 1 before? Are there little tiny dots starting anywhere on his lip?
