and the peach? makes you look pale.....

Definitely the 1st one, in blue.
First of all, it is extremely flattering on your figure, and second of all, that color is just beautiful.
The orange dress makes you look blah, which you are not... so why would you do that to yourself? 
ETS: I meant to say your NOT blah, but orange dress makes you look that way. Hope you didn't take it the wrong way.

I agree with most of the posters that #1 is a better fit. But, love the style and color of the other dress. I also think it looks great on you too!

definitely the blue - it fits you like a glove - gorgeous!
if you're worried about the non-summery color, add turquoise or coral jewelry. or even fuchsia pumps/sandals.
