10K timing question ..
I just ran my first 6.2 miles this past Saturday outside. I have my first 10K race coming up this week. I went very slow. It took me 1:12. Is that a terrible time??

Keep it up! That distance in and of itself is an accomplishment! You should be so proud!

Re: 10K timing question ..
when you do your longest run of the week...don't think about time...it should be slow!
I bet you take off at least 6 minutes during your race. Good Luck!
