OK another question about going off BC...

I stopped taking the pill in May and by my calculations I am 5 days late getting AF, but not sure because I hear most people are irregular coming off the pill.


So, question, for those that came off the pill....did it take awhile for your body to regulate itself? Do you think 5 days is a long or short time?

I also went off the pill in May.

My 1st real period took 38 days... when I say real period- i mean the one that was AFTER the period I had 4 days after stopping pill (the period I would get on the week off the pill)...

Of course- all people are different.. I am on my 2nd cycle off the pill now and have been charting- we'll see what happens.

My cycle was totally wacky when I went off the pill... my first cycle off the pill was about 40 days or so (and of course the whole time I thought I was preggo), and then my second cycle was 21 days. I got pregnant the third cycle so I have no idea how long it would have taken to get back to normal, but expect things to be a little off for a while

mine was a little off, and when aunt flo finally came, she came in full force but only for 2 days, and then the next few months only for 3 days, i'm still not back to normal.
