Hi...I just want to give everyone a head's up. If you're redeeming a code for the second time, make sure you use someone else's name and address, AND also make sure you call from a different phone number or block your number. I just called to redeem a second code and they almost didn't give me my case because they said someone from this number has already redeemed a free case. I told them there are 1300 employees in my building and that seemed to do the trick!

Same happened to me except I didn't get another case. She asked if I was calling from a cell or home phone. I said I was calling from a home phone and that's when she said a case was already sent to that number.

I called and gave them all my info and then they told me I don't qualify... Crap! lol

The SAME thing happened to me except I called from a totally diff # and used a diff address and name.. sooo confused!

You didn't qualify because your e.d.d. is in December. Just call and give them a different due date and it shouldn't be a problem.
