When I recently looked on ebay they were going for around $100. You can search for completed listings to get a feel for what they are going for.

I just bought one off ebay for $100. It is 3G+ Wifi.... I bid on it just to see what would happen because it looked like a tough race and I love ebay and nobody bid after me.
Now I have a Kindle and a Nook. My DH thinks I am crazy
