So excited!!
I've been looking for a long haired, male kitten for MONTHS now. Basically since my kitty passed away in Sept.  I was even considering buying a pure bred ragamuffin b/c I was getting that picky! I've been to just about every single shelter here in Suffolk. I looked at the kittens...and even the young cats. Yes, they were cute, since I love cats, but never the ONE.
Today, that all changed. I met Cali...she's only 1 and a half...so the same age as my son, and not like me to have wanted a female, but it was awesome! We just got home about an hour ago, and she's still hiding behind the washing machine in the closet. Our dog was gated in the kitchen so she wouldn't get too scared. Now since the dog got to sniff out the places she's been ... so now he's OK...and she's still hiding.
Yet, I'm soo excited!!! I know it can take many days or even a week or so for the cat to adjust...and I truly can NOT wait! It was love at first site! I find it great that my DS and her are about the same age as well! I'm sure she'll adjust soon! Once she finally comes out of hiding I'll be taking many pics of her!!
She's stunning! Thick long fur... some hair even coming out of her ears lol. She has the grey tabby stripes coloring on her tail and her head only....the rest is all white. She's soo adorable!
Just needed to share!! 
I can't tell anyone else either in fear of DH finding out! I want to surprise him as well! LOL
