New moms are you getting annoying phone calls from Award Photographers?
So they have been calling me since I had my DD. They say they offer a free picture and they come to the house. They were calling me once a week then every day now, sometimes more than once a day. I Looked up older posts and apparently many people have complained about them. Anyone have any experiences with them recently?

UGH YESSSS!!!! DH told them to stop calling and she hung up the phone on him!

DS is 19 months old and I got a phone call from them the other day... I also told them to stop call a long time ago... They will keep hounding you...

I was getting them too ! DS was about a month old, and we just moved and changed phone numbers. the only people who had it was our family/friends, and our DR's office !!
When I asked the lady where she got the number from she just kept saying I was allowed to get a free pic & so on - so I just kept asking where she got the number from. Eventually she hung up.
They kept calling back and when I would see it was them I would just pick up the phone and put it on the counter without saying anything !!
Eventually they stopped calling.....

I had this, too..they lied and said they were from the hospital! I called the hospital to confirm, called them to cancel and the woman denied she said that when I asked where she got my address and number....she changed her story and I thought they were sooooo shady!

every single day... and seems like every hour!
i went out for a few hours and checked my caller ID when i got home .. there was 5 missed calls from them

Unfortunatly, the only way to get them to STOP, is to answer and tell them that you do not take solicitations and to take them off your list. Or else they will call everyday a few times a day.

yea I said to the woman that she calls me every day and she said that was her job, this is what we do. I told her, her job was to bother tired new mothers and newborns and that she wakes them up from napping. I hope people research them and don't use them. Beside if they were any good at photography they wouldn't need to solicite. I hope for her sake she doesn't call me again! haha
