WW peeps
how do you all count points when something is marinated... for example a piece of salmon marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, oil, water, and brown sugar? It's marinated in the sauce, but then taken out to be cooked.

I try to figure out the points value for the marinade using all the ingredients (much easier if you have etools). However, since it all doesn't "stick" it ends up usually being so little I'll only it count it as 1 point.

I make my marinades with minimal oil and don't count it. I'm not eating the marinade as a sauce.
