One crazy a$$ b!tch
I had to take my MIL to the wound care center, she recently had foot surgery. She cannot walk on it and needs to be pushed in a wheelchair.
I get to the office and they have one ramp. There is a small parking lot next to the ramp and there are no spots available. I am 5m pregnant and have my 2 yr old with me so I decided the easiest thing would be pull up to the ramp, get her out, push her up to a level spot on the ramp, lock the chair and go park. As am I doing this, it takes literally 5 minutes, a car pulls up, beeps and pulls away.  I thought maybe they were waiting to pull up to the ramp too , but I hadnt been there long, I don't know why they beeped at me. They park across the parking lot.
The guy gets out of the car and yells to me "You're not the only one trying to get someone into the building"
Me: "I dont understand why you are saying that to me. I am pregnant and have my toddler in the car, I can't push my MIL across the parking lot. I was only parked there for a few minutes. Sorry"
Then some crazy b!tch gets out of the car and starts yelling at me. I just get in my car and slam the door, which I think ****** her off even more. I have to drive past them now to find a spot. She gives me a nasty look. Really? So I roll down my window and say "Look, we are all just trying to get our family members in there. " She says "Don't **** with me or I will rip your ******* head off?" Me" Im not trying to **** with you" She says over and over "Dont get me heated, dont get me heated"I roll up my window and drive away. But all the while thinking "*** did I do wrong? And seriously, she wants to rip my head off because of that?"
Now I have to sit in the waiting room with this freaks. I walk in and she smiles at me. I do nothing. Then they both start telling my MIL how cute my daughter is, like she didn't just tell me she was going to rip my head off in fromt of that same cute kid. . Like nothing ever happened. I just completely ignored them. Trashy a$$ people.

While I don't agree with the other woman's behavior and definitely think it was completely crazy, I will say that I probably would have parked in a spot in the lot, had DD walk alongside me and wheeled MIL over to the drs office. I wouldn't have wanted to block a handicap ramp.

Crazy! Were either of them wheelchair bound or disabled in any way? Otherwise I don't get why they thought they had the right to be there and you didn't. You had a wheelchair-bound person in your car, and that's what ramps are for.

I see what you are saying. However, i JUST got off bed rest , I really couldn't push her through the entire parking lot. She is very overweight and doesn't have the strength to wheel herself. I was literally parked there for 5 minutes. They were in their car, so the only thing I can think of, was that they wanted to do the same thing I was doing? There were no parking spots over there. Oh AND, I forgot to add, they had a sign that said patient drop off!!

They were bringing their friend in who was able to walk with a walker. Not that it makes my MIL more important than him. We were both dealong with a handicapped person and they should have been more understanding and patient.

Everyone is all about themselves and feels entitled to specialized treatment for everything.
I've come to expect it, it's sad.
When I DON'T run into people like this, is more of the exception.

She is just a psycho. There was a drop off sign. They were just pi$$ed off because they wanted to do the same thing and felt ENTITLED.

it's just never right to yell at people like that. But I think in the office she might have been trying to make amends by being nice.
Sometimes stress 9getting to an appoint late, dealing with a sick friend/family member) can make us all react in ways we wouldn't normally.

OMGosh! I can see where you are coming from! and being that it was in fact a patient drop off, that lady needed to back off!
