Are you stressed out and need some time for yourself to relax? Yoga would be perfect for you!

We have an amazing all level Adult Yoga class every Thursday night at 6:30PM. ONLY $10 per person!

In addition, we have a great Family Yoga class every Saturday morning at 10:30AM. The cost is $15 for one parent/one child, each additional child is $5. It is a good way to teach children posture and coordination while having fun.
