Throbbing pain in Ovary
Well...after 65 days since my last period, I am finally feeling something in the ovary region. Although its a pain I have not felt before, its a throbbing ache in the area where the right ovary would be. I go for an ultrasound tomorrow morning (part of the tests the doctor ordered) so hopefully if there is something wrong they will see it.
Perhaps I am Ovulating right now. Would make me pretty happy since DH and I actually BD'd yesterday

No history of cysts but it wouldn't surprise me in the least, that's just my luck.
ETA: The only thing that's confusing me about if it is O pain is that I have NO CM whatsoever. Its like the sahara down there so its not looking good.  Hopefully they can see something on the U/S

Nope, since I am no longer taking BCP I don't take anything except pre-natals from Target.

I get pain near my ovaries and I have cysts. Its usually a dull nagging pain but can be sharp at times. Do you use OPKs? Maybe you could test to see if you are Oing

this would be my answer..it's just like in the background..not sharp but there.

Hmmm, if you were that could explain the dryness. Maybe it's something in the vitamin that's making you dry.

I have the same pains and I just had a cyst removed.
I would def start using OPKs to see if you get a :)

i had really bad pain the last two times i O'ed but that was on fertility meds. The doc says that can be normal and I have read that many people feel ovulation. Hopefully thats all it its!

It sounds like a cyst, which can be very small and go away on its own and you wouldn't even know or larger, which should show up on the US.

cysts would make sense. This is the first cycle that I did not use the OPK's but the other two I did get on the Digital OPKs. While I know that does not mean that I definitely did O, its a good indicator that I probably did. I just had an U/S yesterday. I wish that the techs were allowed to give some indication of what they were seeing cause it sucks waiting for the doctor to call.
