Hi...
I just wanted to say hello to everyone on this board. This is my first post here. I have just went through laproscopic surgery and have been told that both of my tubes are blocked. My only option is IVF 
I know that I still have a chance to have children and it's not the end of the road but I am still scared. I know that this is the place to go where peope will understand what I am going through. If anyone could help me on my IVF journey with any insight opinions or stories they would be much appreciated.

Aww welcome and I am sorry to hear you are having problems but the good news is you are on your way to having a baby!!!
I wanted to ask you about your tube issue...were they able to clear the blockage? I am guessing no? I have a tube issue too :(

No.. They weren't able to unblock them. Depending on where the blockage is there might be a chance to be able to blow them out but mine are blocked fully and because the fallopian tubes are so narrow and fragile my doctor didn't want to take any chances.

welcome! sorry to hear about your issues.
whats good is that if you are fairly young, have no ovulatory issues, and your DH has no sperm issues, there's no reason IVF shouldn't work for you since they bypass the tubes altogether. i know it sucks to realize that you'll need assistance to get pregnant, but in the end when you hold your baby you wont care at all how you got there - it will just make you appreciate your baby that much more.
