It is based on a book that the principal bought for the school and he encourages everyone to be a bucket filler.
Bucket Fillers are good citizens at school, are a good friend, they are kind and helpful to their classmates, and teachers.
It is a big honor at Damien's school

The day my son talked about the bucket fillers, I called our principal & told him my son said the principal fills everyone's bucket. Then called my son's friend's mom & told her that my son said her son overflows his bucket.
