88 Beauty Supply Store (Bay Shore)
Has anyone ever gone to this store? Looking to get some nail polish and other supplies.

This is my heaven on earth! Seriously. I'm a nail polish hoarder (300+ bottles) and the collection and price can't be beat. (They carry OPI which they don't feature on the website)
On the other hand, it is a mess. The first time I went in there I was completely overwhelmed. There are boxes stacked everywhere, walking room is minimal and you sometimes have to dig for what you want. I would go with a list for sure, otherwise you lose track of what you went for. They are supposed to be moving soon so I'm hoping they get organized.

Went today! OMG, Heaven is right but it is a MESS lol. I walked in like wtfff  . Got 3 bottles of Essie, cuticle oil, one of those metal cuticle pushers, and one of those scrubby pumice sponges...all for only 20 bucks...just the 3 bottles of Essie would have been more than that at a regular salon

It's right on East Main St (north side). It's in the back of Fashion Nails. They leave by 6ish and they are closed Saturdays.
Does anyone know any other good/independently owned places?

The first time I went he told me 'be careful' and I didn't know why until I turned the corner lol.
FYI - he seems to keep the newer stuff behind the counter. I had to ask for Essie's Brazillient collection last time.
