well theres definitely one good thing about chobani yogurt...
it took me 50 minutes to eat it this morning!  im trying to force myself to like it since i hear such great things about it. but i cant get past the dry sour taste. but good thing is that it took me so long to eat it that i havent eaten anything else. so woohoo!

I put splenda and cut up strawberries in mine. It gives it extra flavor! You can also try honey or maybe a little cinnamon sugar?

I like yogurt and that is ONE i cant seem to like/digest!
So I stick w/ WW ones.
There is just somethings that are ok not to have.

It's def an aquired taste! I used to only have the fruit ones but now I only like the plain with fresh fruit some honey and some low sugar granola. I am addicited I love it and have it every am!

Try a little sugar free preserves if you cant deal with the plain, Diana...thats how McKayla likes it.

i had the non fat blueberry one today. it definitely needed more blueberries...so ill add that next time. the granola idea sounds good too! and the sweetener! you guys rock!

I have tried to like Chobani, but it is too tart and dry for me. I have tried various types and have mixed it with fruit and granola and at this point can only tolerate it.

Also try Fage or Siggi's Skyr yogurt-both very high in protein and filling

ITA. I feel like I'm eating thickened sour cream, although I am finally getting used to it I don't thoroughly enjoy it although it fills me up.
