Can you help me w/Lunch- Spice/Change it up
Im def good with preparing but lately, been super busy and w/kids, time is precious...cause I dont get much of it, lol so Im pretty basic, turkey on wraps and salads but Im somewhat hitting a wall with those and getting bored.
Any WW friendly lunches I can make at home outside of the ones I stated.
Im not much of a cook either.
TIA!

what about turkey burgers?
Do you eat shirataki noodles? They are super easy to prepare and you can make em like spaghetti!
Or spaghettie squash? Or omelettes??

How about just beefing up your sandwiches?
adding Roasted peppers, hummus, onion, tomato, etc.
Also, Bean salads...you can make them in advance and have them throughout the week. I used to just get red beans and cannalini beans, add things like edamame, roasted peppers, broccoli, anything really...fat free italian dressing, and voila, i have a bean salad!

Re: Can you help me w/Lunch- Spice/Change it up
I usually make a 4 serving dinner. 2 for dh, 1 for me, and 1 for , lunch the next day. It keeps me in check from overeating at dinner and makes my morning a little easier :)
Also I don't really eat frozen foods any more but the garden lite souflees are pretty good with a little salad.
