I had a very hard time finding any classes that were convenient for me. I decided to buy some pre-natal DVDs instead. I bought the Gaiam one w/Shiva Rea. There are modifications for each trimester.
There is a studio on Main Street in East Islip (can't remember the name). I *think* they offer pre-natal yoga, but I'm pretty sure it was like one class a week.

I know Embrace Yoga on Main Street in East Islip offers it.
