what is the cheapest place to buy baseball tickets?
i want to buy mets tickets don't really want to spend a lot of money on them

DH has season tix if you're interested in a particular game--he'd sell for face if it's not a crazy popular game.

those are popular games--try ebay and stubhub

The games at CitiField are DEAD--even the more popular ones--and especially if Reyes will still be on the DL.
DH and I just buy the cheapest seats and then move up closer. Unless you're trying to get into the area behind home plate the ushers don't really bother you!

Cheapest - parking lot before the game.
If you want them before that I think Stubhub is cheaper than ACE

I have always had better luck going right to the teams site. I was screwwed over once by using another site and always swore I would only buy from the team site from now on. We're Tiger's fans and I think $14 for tickets isn't bad. Now good seats are more, but just for general tickets to be at the game that's pretty good for me. I will say for our 4yr ann. we got tickets 12 rows back behind home plate and paid $85 a ticket. It was a splurge, but sooooooooooooo worth it!

Recently, we bought from StubHub and the value on the tickets was much less than what we paid. How is THAT?!

Honestly, you can just go up to the ticket window the day of and get cheap seats
i've never seen cheaper tix on stubhub than at the mets site itself or going directly to the ticket window
