Re: sandbox/sandtable-yes or no?
We went to our friend's house and they have a sand table. DD tried to eat the sand even though she just had lunch. Needless to say, we do not and will not own a sand table. This reminds me to write a note to the preschool she will attend in the fall....

Re: sandbox/sandtable-yes or no?
I have a water/ sand table and a huge bag of sand, all of which I bought for DS over a year ago. both DS/DD love the water table but the bag of sand remains unopened to this day. At this point, i am pretty sure my 18 month old would try to eat it and my 4 y.o would just throw it around and I'd have sand all over the house. . So, if you decide to go out and get the sand table, I have a bag of sand for you.

Re: sandbox/sandtable-yes or no?
We have a sand/water table... My 2yo and my 1yo both love it. The worst thing they do with it is scoop the sand into the water part. Doesn't bother me. They spent an hour outside this afternoon playing with the thing .
PS - It's the Little Tykes Sand and Water Table by Fisher Price (i think!)

Re: sandbox/sandtable-yes or no?
I think it depends if you're willing to put up with it
Me personally, no I don't want one...I don't want deal with any kind of sand clean up...DD has the water table and she likes that.

Re: sandbox/sandtable-yes or no?
We bought a big sandbox for DS#1s first bday. It was a great purchase. He hasn't really used it this year (6), but he and his little brother used it a ton. (We've also been at the beach everyday for swimming lessons, so they might get their fill of sand there)

Re: sandbox/sandtable-yes or no?
We have one on our patio that my DD got when she was 1 and she is now 3. She has spent countless hours playing with it. It does make a mess, but it can easily be cleaned up. It is probably one of her most used toys.

Re: sandbox/sandtable-yes or no?
Not a fan ofnthe sand. And simply because Im lazy and wouldnt remove it at night, and then would think about what was in it at night peeing. So, we stuck with water only.

Re: sandbox/sandtable-yes or no?
We got a combo water/sand table but we only have water in it now b/c DD is only 16 months. I will put sand it in when they are older, maybe 5 and 3 or so.
