Anyone have bad sciatica...

and have it subside after awhile?

My back is really killing me and it is actually kind of hard to walk. I was away and in the ocean a lot and I think I have may have pushed it a little bit...

I am 28w4d...anyone have bad sciatica and have it subside as time went on? TY

Sciatica started for me around week 17 intermittently. It progressively got worse into week 18 to the point where I couldn't walk. It was horrible pain. I am 19 weeks now and it has pretty much disappeared completely. I think it is partly because my girls have shifted locations and partly because I have been doing some stretches I found on youtube.

Yes, I had it early on in the pregnancy, prob around 17-20 weeks and then it was gone completely. Doc thought maybe he was leaning on a nerve for a few weeks with the way he was positioned and then moved out of that spot. Since then I have only had it reappear once, last week, and I'm almost 41 weeks now (that's a whole other story, LOL!)
