She was doing terribly at first. Definitely knocking on death's door.
She was moved from the hospital to a nursing home - was still on a vent. Within a month they had her off the vent and off a trach. It was amazing.
She just had a doctor's appt yesterday with her GP - he was hugging and kissing her telling her he would have lost a bet. He was the one telling us she had like a 5% chance at any kind of life.
Then she had an appt with her lung doctor today - same thing. Couldn't believe the progress. He was so impressed he didn't even charge her a co-pay!
So thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My mom is in the hospital. She's been in CCU for about 4 weeks now.
Please pray that she gets out, and gets out alive. I wouldn't normally ask for prayers but we could really use some divine intervention.
If anyone is in the medical field - I have some specific questions related to pulmonary care... Please FM me.
