Article from CNN about calorie postings for restaurants.
This is why I very rarely eat out:
One in 5 restaurant calorie listings are off.
This is the worst:
the Tufts lab analysis showed the classic blue cheese wedge side salad at Outback Steakhouse contained 1,035 calories -- 659 calories more than what would be expected based on what was on the restaurant's website.

Re: Article from CNN about calorie postings for restaurants.
Believe me I am all for knowing what is in my food and I am a strict calorie/macro nutrient counter. However, when i go out to eat I know it's a special day (even if it's just my "cheat" day) and I know that my calculations will be inaccurate. I almost feel like all of this takes some of the fun/joy/relaxation out of enjoying a meal out and I wonder if it will lead to some unhealthy relationships wiht food. Make sense?
