Thanks so much for posting this. I just came back from BRU. I got 280 Seventh Generation diapers for $40... yesterday at Target I got 120 Huggies for $20 so BRU deal was better.. AND if you buy a pack of 7th generation diapers you get a free container of 7th generation wipes! I stocked up on the diapers, almost wiped them out of size 4 but a lady came and wanted 4's also so I let her have what was left and the rest I got Earth's Best, which she said was just as good.

I went in today and got two packages of huggies jeans diapers -- they said it was $5 each... but somehow it came up $5 and then buy one get one 50% off -- I got both packages for $7.50 total!! I want to go back tomorrow and get more!

Yeah, seriously?  You snooze, you lose. I was there at 10AM and the entire shelf of the BRU diapers was gone--I'm not convinced there were any to begin with, but even so, if someone was there before me, good for them.

yeah, I expect stores to have the product on sale the same day it goes on sale. I went out as soon as I could when I heard about it. That isn't snoozin lol. It was a few hours after the sale started. It was a low supply issue combined by people who don't care if anyone else gets them. The store should set a limit - it is ridiculous they let people buy cartloads of diapers, and it is ridiculous people don't care about anyone else who might want them.

I am honestly shocked by your response.
Why would I care if YOU don't get sale diapers? It's not like I'm hoarding the last vials of precious antibiotics in some post epidemic apocalyptic type world. It's not even like I'm taking all the diapers in the word- just the ones on SALE that I get to first.
If you think there should be a limit- that's fine. To be honest, I'm very surprised that there isn't a limit. However, to expect strangers to "leave you some" is SILLY.
Anyway, BRU always does this type of stuff. I was the FIRST one to the store and took ALL the Huggies Pure and Natural size 5. Yes, ALL of them- even had them check the stock room. You know how many that was? 8 packs of 20. 160 diapers. You honestly think that's a lot? You bet ur arse I would have taken 50 packs if they had them. My kid has a very sensitive A$$.

The same deal is available online. Or you could go to Wal Mart and they'll price match it for you.
Any sale is this way -- have you never noticed when shelves are wiped clean of things at the drugstore when they're on sale and there are extra bucks given back? With coupons, those items can pay you. My friend got $45 at wal mart the other day just buy buying 100 first aid kits because of the coupons he had.
That isn't selfish. It's common sense. Sorry you're disappointed, but that was a rather obnoxious post. Just buy them online if you want them so badly.

Hey if I saw this earlier I would have wiped them out too! You have to get them for the cheapest you can! I dont have money to waste! I would have bought more if I could! I just found out about this and just got the rest of my sons size online!
I am annoyed by this comment too! Would you care about someone else if they had some? I think you are just mad you didnt get any!

I was actually wondering about that. My store shows 2 packs but I KNOW they aren't there. If I paid for them now and they weren't really there- then what? Would they honor the price when it comes back in? I wonder.

I'm sorry that you thought it was greedy that I took most of the diapers. To be honest, I just took the 7th generation in the size I needed and left that lady 2 packs which I didn't need to do but I wanted to be nice. I could have cleaned out the Earth's Best and Huggies as well but I didn't. I think I should have though because we are on an extremely tight budget and when I can find a deal, well then I'll take advantage of it. I'm glad that you have plenty of money hanging around that you can worry about the other shoppers when it comes to a sale but unfortunately, I can't and getting the best for my son at an amazing price trumps everyone else and I can bet you that every single mother on this site will say the same.

i went to the toys r us/babies r us in holbrook yesterday around 3-4ish in the evening and they still had tons of earths best and 7th generation. i got the last 3 babies r us brand size 4 and 5. they still had size 3 and newborn left. guess not many people went there.......

I got an e-mail this morning saying my order was canceled! I called and they are replacing them by mail! They also gave me larger counts for that price and gave me more boxes of the diapers! With free two day shipping!
