"Bring a book" wishing well

For my shower, I want to have a picture book wishing well. I am going to include a line that says this on the invitation but I was also going to include something like a little business card with a poem. Should I get this printed up on little cards or can I do it myself?

I used vistaprint because they always have ridiculous deals on their business cards

My mom and brother (who designed all the computer stuff) made a label for guests to write their name/sentiments on to stick inside the book. At the top of the label, it said, "For Baby C...". The label was on its natural backing, but "glue dotted" to the same sized cardstock with a poem describing what to do. He even matched the borders to my invitation. It worked perfectly!!!

we found a poem online and printed it on a card that we made along with the registry information. we also printed our own invitations so we had all the materials.

They did this at my shower and it was the BEST idea. DC's have a million books, and both LOVE them!!!
