Looking for a good pediatrician in North Nassau Area; more around Glen Head, Manhassett, Great Neck. I don't want to travel too far because I will have 3 babies to take.

I am looking for a pediatrician who is used to multiples, has plenty of patience, is friendly and the wait to see him / her is no more than 5 minutes. The staff should be friendly as well; it truly makes a difference.

I have a 14 year old daughter who has a great pediatrician in Forest Hills Queens. She has been seeing him since she was born. Unfortunately, he doesn't accept my insurance ( my daughter is on a different insurance----from father...by court order). Anyway, her pediatrician in wonderful! He has no problem taking his time answering all my questions (and I usually have a list ). He is never in a hurry; my daughter absolutely loves him! Also, I never and I mean never had to wait more than 5 minutes to see him, even when is a last minute call.

I need someone like that! I would prefer the pediatrician not to be too old either. Also, a pediatrician that is particularly knowledgeable on preemies and the common challenges/conditions they might face.


Can you recommend anyone?
