Exact Day Ovulation
This may be a stupid ? but how do I know my exact O date? I'm using the cheapie ovulation test strips and the CBEFM. They just tell you that you will within the next 24-48 hours. How do I know within the 2 days the day I actually O'd?

I don't think that there is a way to know exactly unless your doctor determines it or if you can actually feel when you are Oing.

I feel O pain so i know when its happened... when i get EWCM i start paying very close attention....

temping is the one and only way without a doctor.
a doctor could run blood and hormone levels and sono to determine as well.
feeling ovulation, CM, OPKs... none will be exact and reliable each and every month.

ITA but, you dont find out the day you Oed til after if you use FF to chart your temp
