Pizza Dough Recipe? Or buy it in a store?
Anyone have any recs... whole wheat would be nice, but I'm all about taste and texture! Trying to fool a toddler into eating veggies

I hear making is cheap and easy...but so is trader joe's $.99 dough! I freeze them, so I always have some.

I made pizza dough once and it was fairly simple and it came out delicious! When I saw the dough actually rise, I was shocked that it had actually worked...so it was a bit anxiety inducing!
I can't find the exact recipe that I used, but it was extremely similar (if not exactly the same) to this: Recipe

I would just get the dough from the super market. Sooooo much easier. And as the PP said, Trader Joe's is also really good.

I never thought of this, but just called them and how amazing my favorite pizza place in Brooklyn sells their dough, um, I wouldn't say cheap $5 ... but its the best in the world

I buy a pizza dough from a pizzeria near me. It's only $2.50 for the dough and saves me the time of making it!

Defintely get it from the pizza place. I find that the frozen dough in the store is not as easy to work with. I have never tried the Trader Joes kind.

How much do you get for $5 though?
I pay 2 bucks and I get enough dough for 2-3 cookie sheets of focaccia or pizza.

Here's a homemade recipe
I buy the Trader Joe's one alot. I find that freezing it first then thawing it overnight it tastes alot better and rises more.

I've been using one from AllRecipes.com: Master Pizza Dough
We do it on the grill. I'm hoping to have my brick pizza oven by next summer!

I buy them when they're on sale at MeatFarms and freeze them until I need them -- $.99 on sale or $1.99 not on sale. Either way, I get enough for 2-3 calzones or 2 round pies.

I bought the pillsbury one recently and it was salty and not very good. LOL. I'd suggest either making it or buying it from a pizza place or not in the form of a can. haha.
