Workers showing up late
Hi-
This is a vent.
I spoke with the man who is supposed to start our driveway today. He said that he would be here at 8:00 am and that I need to be here because he wants to line everything out first before he start digging. I told him I would probably have to leave for about 15 minutes because I have to drop my son off at camp. Well 8:30 came and he was not here so I left, dropped my son off, came home and he is still not here. At 10:15 I have to bring my other son to swim. I am so aggrivated. Why can't these people be on time?
Any thoughts? Should I call? I feel like if he gets here in a half hour then it is going to be a rush for me and him to go over the layout.
Thanks!

I can't stand that! Definitely call, if you haven't already. I mean, it's understandable that something may come up, at least he should call you and give you an approximate time. And if he calls, get a time from him...I've had people call and tell me they're leaving another job now and will be there in a few minutes, and then don't come for an hour! Very frustrating!
