Back from Vacation #1
Since March, I had lost about 12 pounds. I went on a one-week vacation this month, and gained 5-6 back! Now they won't budge. I have a week until I go on a two-week vacation! I have a feeling September is going to be hard to get back to eating and exercising right, but I hope it will take me a lot quicker to lose this weight the second time around. I hate the fact that I'll be starting from around the same weight as I did in March- I was really hoping to maintain that 12 pound weight loss. It's so discouraging to see how quickly you can gain it, compared to how hard and slow it is to lose it.
Does anyone have any good motivational tips or similar situations they'd like to share?

Re: Back from Vacation #1
when i have a few bad days i try to be extra good the next few days. i don't eat any prepackaged 100 cal junk stuff. i stick to yogurt, fruit, veggies, nuts, low fat cheese, chicken, fish. and i eat this stuff constantly throughout the day to rev up my metabolism

Maybe don't indulge every meal. Keep breakfast and lunch healthy and let loose a little at dinner. Also, if you are staying somewhere with a gym, you could try to get a few workouts in.

I'm in a similiar situation right now. I haven't been eating so well and we're going away on two different vacations (luckily only for a weekend but still a challenge). My plan is to have fun and not overeat. Have a little of everything but stop when I'm full.
