buy buy baby returns
i was given the rainforest melodies and lights deluxe gym from my registry...we used it once and didn't notice anything...second time we used it the music and lights kept cutting off...you had to tap the top to get it going again...we thought it was a problem with the batteries...just put new batteries in...STILL. but i think i threw out the plastic case it came in. do you think BBB would let me return it and get a new one? anybody else have this problem? would you recommend i get the same one or something different?

if not.. email or call the company directly. I had a problem with a tiny love mobile.. emailed them.. they asked for registry as proof of purchase.. and the next day i got replacement in mail!

I returned the mamaroo there, used without a receipt. I did have the box though. No questions and received store credit.

I have the same gym. there is a setting where it only goes off when the baby hits it. just make sure you don't have it on that setting first.

I had almost the same exact problem with the Baby Einstein music under the sea toy....I ended up buying a new one, packed the broken one in the new box and brought it back since they sometimes don't take things back without a receipt and it wasn't a registry item. However, I told them that it was broken so they wouldn't put it back on the shelf.

I have the same one too and agree ! There's two switches. One is volume the.other is settings. make.sure you have it on the right one.....the one you're describing is for older babies...but DS never uses that one....
